Laughter Yoga

In these tough economic times it is important to remember to keep a positive attitude. One of the best things you can do to lift your spirits is to laugh. Forget the old advice of watching a
funny movie and try something new!

There is a new trend sweeping the nation and it is Laughter Yoga!

Laughter Yoga is still an exercise routine (Get those abs in gear!) but also a total well-being workout. It all began with Dr. Madan Kataria, an Indian physician from Mumbai who started the first laughter club in a park with only 5 people in attendance. Today, it has become a worldwide phenomenon with more than 6000 social laughter clubs in 60 countries.

Laughter Yoga combines unconditional laughter with yogic breathing. Anyone can laugh for no reason, without relying on humor, jokes or comedy. Don't worry the laughter is contagious!

Hello,

Pranayama means, never wearing down your breathing practice. This is an integral part of Ashtanga Yoga. Pranayama also plays an important role in Hatha Yoga. When practiced with dedication, there are many benefits to be experienced.During inhalation, oxygen enters the blood stream through the lungs. Once the air has circulated through the body, waste air in the form of carbon dioxide is ejected from the body during the exhalation process.

Thanks

Laughter Yoga is a revolutionary idea – simple and profound. An exercise routine, it is sweeping the world and is a complete wellbeing workout. The concept of Laughter Yoga is based on a scientific fact that the body cannot differentiate between fake and real laughter. One gets the same physiological and psychological benefits.
